Engineering
projects

2023–2024 · Delivered Aug 2024

Multi-channel battery consistency detection system

  • Developed STM32F103 firmware for six charging channels and six measurement channels, covering state machines, scheduling, ADC acquisition, LoRa, RS485 and LCD/HMI interaction.
  • Developed charging and SOC-calibration process logic on STM32; an independent TL494 + BUCK power stage provided CC/CV regulation. Contributed to system integration, debugging, assembly design and delivery.

Nov 2022 — Aug 2023 · Intelligent Car Competition

RT1064 intelligent vehicle: hardware and motion control

  • Designed main-control and motor-driver PCBs in Altium Designer and the vehicle’s mechanical structure in SolidWorks.
  • Implemented the initial software framework, inertial navigation, steering PID, motor-speed PID and motion-control logic on NXP RT1064.

Mar — Aug 2024 · Siemens Cup

PLC-based elevator group control

Carried out the main development and integration in a three-person team: a three-elevator, ten-floor system using S7-1200, LAD/SCL, weighted dispatch, traffic-based strategy switching and WinCC Advanced monitoring.

2023–2024 · Project leader

Electric bicycle and battery monitoring

Designed the system solution, hardware topology and circuits; developed acquisition, processing and interface software, and led integration and debugging. Connected temperature, voltage, Hall-current and GNSS sensing to an IoT monitoring platform. The system operated in practical use for more than six months.

Nov 2023 — Jan 2024 · Project leader

Connected greenhouse monitoring and control

Led planning and team coordination; developed networking functions, cloud processing logic and the display interface, and contributed to system integration and the project report. The system used STM32F103VET6, environmental sensors, MQTT and remote monitoring/control.

2021–2022 academic year · Provincial innovation project

STM32 smart window control

Participated in a three-person project combining temperature, humidity and rain inputs with motor actuation and limit-switch position detection. Studied the 51-series MCU independently and completed the team’s entry assessment before joining.
